Mill-Rose crimped wire wheel brushes feature precision-formed crimps in each wire. This imparts a slight flexing action for a more gentle brushing action without reducing the efficiency of the brush in surface cleaning and texturing operations. Slight "knee-action" in the bristles produces some "give" in the wires to soften the impact angle of each wire against the surface being brushed. Mill-Rose crimped wire wheel brushes are available in a wide range of sizes with your choice of long or short bristles. The short bristles produce a stiffer impact. We offer our wheel brushes in high carbon steel, and stainless steel. Other materials such as brass, copper, exc. are available upon request. Special dimensions are also available upon request.
