- Use the largest diameter brush the job will accommodate; the brush will
perform better, last longer.
- The longer the trim length of bristles, the more flexible the brush. The
shorter the bristles, the stiffer the action.
- Choose the arbor hole diameter that fits snugly over your power tool shaft
without being loose or wobbly as the brush turns.
- Bristle wire form: Crimped wire produces more continuous brushing action
easier on a surface. Straight wire provides maximum brushing action for more
severe applications. Normally used in twisted-knot brushes.
